2. Information we receive

The site itself does not collect information through forms. If you email or call, we may receive your name, contact details, delivery country, product interests and the content of your message. Our hosting provider may process basic security logs such as IP address, request time and browser information.

3. How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, prepare quotes, check availability, prevent abuse, keep necessary business records and comply with law. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated targeted advertising.

4. Legal bases

Depending on your location, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it.

5. Sharing and international transfers

Information may be handled by email, hosting, professional-service, logistics and payment providers only as needed. Because we operate from Hong Kong and serve customers abroad, data may be transferred internationally with safeguards appropriate to the provider and applicable law.

6. Retention

General inquiries are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain business records. Records connected to a quote, transaction, dispute or legal duty may be retained longer.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may complain to your local regulator. Email cs@akkrue.com with “Privacy request” in the subject.

8. Cookies

Akkrue does not set optional analytics or advertising cookies in this launch version. Essential infrastructure may use strictly necessary security mechanisms.

9. Children

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
