2. Catalog information

We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, sizes and origin information. Colors and scale may vary by screen. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

3. Pricing

Catalog prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping, tax, customs duties and other destination charges are excluded unless a written quote says otherwise. Prices and availability may change before a quote is accepted.

4. Quotes and orders

An inquiry is not an order. A sale is formed only when Quantum Labs HK issues a written quote, you accept it as instructed, and we confirm acceptance. The quote will identify the product, size, price, shipping, payment terms and estimated dispatch window.

5. Intellectual property

Akkrue's site design and original copy belong to Quantum Labs HK. Product names, images and other protected materials may belong to Quantum Labs HK, its suppliers or licensors and may not be reused without permission.

6. Acceptable use

You may browse and contact us for legitimate personal or trade inquiries. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code or copy catalog content for a competing service.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational catalog. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
